Another great summary of the strange phenomena we are experiencing in Scottish politics with a few interesting aspects to highlight

1) Neil Mackay and his new open eyes:

“the court finding just underscored what most considered Yes voters know: Nicola Sturgeon’s constitutional strategy is a joke. It exists only to continually throw red meat to her base, and act as a constant shield protecting her government from any criticism over its failures on multiple fronts: the NHS, schools and policing.”

This has been the situation since Sturgeon took over, why is he just realising it? The Never-endum is just a ever decreasing circle of misleading and manipulation of the Indy supporters.

2) "zoomers" and "mentals"

The acknowledgement by people within the SNP that these people are a core part of the public face of the independence "movement", is another blatant admission of manipulation of people. And it's a dangerous one as these are people who are obsessed with this "cause".

3) The case

Throughout this strange period the one thing missing from the SNP and their supporters is an actual case for independence.

The evidence from all sensible observers and experts is that an iScotland and it's people would suffer hardship for at least one generation before recovery to the same level we are at.

The SNP leadership know this too, yet they still agitate and push for it.

Noone who truly loves this country would be party to this plan. It is morally wrong and if achieved would impact the poorest and most vulnerable people, the very people who are the target support of the SNP. Not the likes of Sturgeon, Murrell and Blackford with their handsome bank balances built on this wild goose chase.

That is the most disgraceful aspect of this Never-endum.
