Clearly Labour has a great opportunity at the coming election. We could be the largest single party in Scotland. I hope that it is the party's aim though public expression of this should be kept till afterwards.
Nicola cannot claim she will push Labour in a more radical direction. The SNP will have only one policy - immediate start to secession talks. When that is refused they will presumably walk out.
